Baked Garlic Parmesan Halibut & Asparagus
2 halibut filets
1 bunch asparagus
¼ cup avocado oil
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
½ tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. basil, chopped
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 F and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Clean the asparagus, slice the ends and dry well.
Place the asparagus on the sheet pan then nestle the halibut fillets in between.
Brush the halibut and asparagus with the oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, the garlic powder and cheese.
Place the basil and parsley over each of the halibut filets.
Bake at 375 F 20 minutes until fish is opaque and asparagus is tender.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately!
