Incredible Red Wine Sauce for Steak
3 tablespoons butter
1 shallot minced
¾ cup Pinot Noir
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add shallot and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add wine and bring to a boil. Reduce for 15 minutes, scraping the sides until slightly syrupy.
Serve on top of steak.
