Grilled Steak & Shrimp Kabobs

1 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 pound raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
4 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound whole fresh mushrooms
1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 large yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medium onions, cut into quarters
1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
In a large bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to create the marinade.
Divide the marinade into two resealable plastic bags: one for the steak and shrimp, one for the vegetables. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Thread marinated steak and shrimp onto skewers alternately with vegetables.
Grill kabobs for about 8-12 minutes, turning every few minutes until cooked through and slightly charred.
Remove from grill and let cool slightly before serving.
