Asian Sesame Grilled Tuna Steak


1 clove garlic, grated

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1-2 tbsp. sesame oil

1 tbsp sesame seeds

1 scallion, chopped

Fresh Tuna Steaks

Salt & Pepper, to taste


Mix garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and scallion in a medium bowl. Rinse tuna steaks, pat dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Add tuna steaks to marinade, marinade (turning once or twice) no more than 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Heat grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates. Grill tuna steak for 3 minutes on each side or to desired doneness and serve
