One Pan Sausage, Shrimp and Vegetable Bake


1 lb andouille sausage

1 lb large shrimp

1 lb baby potatoes

2 bell peppers

1 yellow onion

1 tbsp seasoning salt adjust to taste

1 tbsp olive oil


Cut up the veggies into similar-sized pieces and the sausage into small rings.

Toss the veggies and sausage with olive oil and seasoning salt.

Spread the veggies and sausage across the lined baking sheet evenly.

Bake the veggies at 400°F until they're still a bit firm (about 15 minutes). Season the shrimp and spread them evenly across the baking sheet.

Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink. Enjoy!
