Prosciutto Shrimp Appetizer

  • Shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 2 ounces prosciutto

  • 2 tbsp. ghee or grass-fed butter, melted

  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. parsley

  • 1 tsp pepper

How to Make It

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel then place on the lined baking sheet.

  3. Slice the prosciutto into long strips that are about 1-inch wide.

  4. Wrap each strip around the shrimp then place back on the baking sheet.

  5. Place the lemon juice and melted ghee or butter in a small bowl and mix together.

  6. Brush the butter mixture over extra shrimp.

  7. Sprinkle with pepper and parsley.

  8. Bake at 350 F 15 minutes or until shrimp is opaque.

  9. Serve immediately with cocktail sauce.
